The PKV Association (Verband der Privaten Krankenversicherung e.V.) was looking for a central collaboration platform for its press office. Since May 2019, the press office has been organized according to the newsroom model and consists of 9 people. The employees face a diversification of the media as well as a growing demand for number of channels and content. These topics and communication measures have to be orchestrated while guaranteeing a consistently high quality.
Today, the press office of the PKV Association covers the entire content cycle with dirico: from inspiration and idea generation to planning, creation, quality assurance and correction, approval and publication of editorial content and analysis of communication results.
The software’s collaborative functions ensure efficient collaboration. The briefing of colleagues, the assignment of tasks or self-defined approval workflows – these and many other processes are handled in dirico now.
