Your first personal contact with dirico usually takes place with our sales team. You will soon notice that there are no sales people on the phone here. The first step is rather to get to know you and your company: How do you work today? What are your challenges? What specific problems do you have to solve?
And of course you should also get to know us. After a detailed web demo in our software we will set up a test license for you. This way you can – equipped with the necessary prior knowledge – test the functions of dirico at your leisure.

It will become more concrete after the test phase. We involve a project manager and determine your individual needs in great detail. In a so-called structure mapping we clarify fundamental questions: What are your goals? Which departments and how many users should use dirico? On which channels do you publish your content? On the basis of the structure mapping we will prepare a suitable offer for you. If desired, individual developments, customizing and integration of other software solutions can also be included. We get you ready for dirico
The introduction of such comprehensive software as dirico is always a change process. To ensure acceptance in your team from day one, we offer training and workshops. Both for admins and users. You will also receive detailed training material from us.
At the end of the implementation phase, a dedicated consultant runs a customized Q&A with the entire user group to clarify final questions. This way, you are ready for a successful Go Live.
Upon request, your dedicated consultant will conduct a Quartely Business Meeting with you and the key internal stakeholders. The workshop includes a business level retrospective of the last quarter, a SWOT analysis of past usage and a goal comparison or target setting for the next quarter.
At the end of each year, your assigned contact person will analyze the current usage in collaboration with you. Relevant product metrics are evaluated and interpreted. The goal is to develop a common roadmap for the next year's usage that will pay off for your communication goals.
