“Where’s the video for the Instagram post?” – “That was sent to me by e-mail. I’ll search it and then forward it to you.” Too much time is spent trying to locate the associated assets (images, videos, audio files, etc.) during the production and publishing of content. Even a well-organized folder structure in the cloud has a decisive disadvantage: the assets are not directly linked to the social media or blog article.
